Our Story
CORVUS is the new on-premise brand created by Benton Family Wines.
Corvus is a widely distributed genus of medium-sized to large birds in the family Corvidae. The genus includes species commonly known as crows, ravens, rooks and jackdaws.
Our Land
Grapes for CORVUS are sourced from a number of specific viticultural areas in California. Our team seeks out sites that allow the fruit to showcase true varietal character.
Our Wines
Many of our restaurant partners have been asking us for years to create a by-the-glass product in this price range. We took four years to find the right vineyards and define our production process for this brand. Our goal was to develop a wine that is as great with Tuesday night pizza as it is with Filet Mignon.
